The three have always had a taste for gin, so I decided to put a spin on the flavors by having each of them represent a unique flavor based on their personalities. My mum is a social butterfly, mostly by coincidence. She often makes new friends despite her best intentions and can get along with all sorts, which makes her perfect to represent the most approachable flavor, lime. My auntie Joanne is kind and gentle, very well suited for a much more delicate flavor like lavender. My auntie Sharon on the other hand is a driven person with a strong personality. I figured rhubarb would be an interesting and unexpected flavor, perfect for her. Overall I wanted the design to breathe and be inviting to anyone to pick up, knowing that the character of the brand would be what keeps in a customer’s cart.
