Love Them To Pieces

For this project I joined forces with a diverse team of students, consisting of film, sound design, and advertising majors. Tasked with creating a short video, we found a common love for Vans and decided to design an ad that combined storytelling and graphic elements.

I worked closely with Nicole on the preproduction, as we both wanted to create an ad that could easily become a new campaign. By focusing on the life of a Vans customer, we could highlight the emotional connection we form with our favorite shoes and the key moments they carry us through. In addition to drawing the initial storyboards shown, I completed the motion media as well.
